Higher Ground Baptist Church Mission Statement:

Acts 1:8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.

Higher Ground Baptist Church Mission practice:

1 Timothy 1:2 Unto Timothy, my own son in the faith: Grace, mercy, and peace, from God our Father and Jesus Christ our Lord.

We believe as Paul treated Timothy as family we should treat our missionaries as part of our family. When our missionaries are struggling we are struggling. We accept each missionary into our family just as if they have joined our church.

1 Timothy 5:17 Let the elders that rule well be counted worthy of double honour, especially they who labour in the word and doctrine. We greatly respect the work and sacrifice of the missionary. We will do our absolute best to support our missionaries prayerfully, financially and emotionally.

Titus 2:1 But speak thou the things which become sound doctrine. Bible Believers teach sound doctrine. We must follow the New Testament pattern to practice sound doctrine. We ask that each of our missionaries submit this inquiry to help better serve our church and the missionary. Your information will not be made public. The pastor will review each inquiry and place your name on a prayer list . As the Lord directs him he will submit your ministry to the church for prayerful consideration of support.
